It is our vision for The Arthurian Order of Avalon that it be an organization where people of all ages can find a haven of friendship and virtue. We also hope that during every member’s time in our group, they learn to be upright, honorable people, unafraid to stand up for what they believe is right, good, and true, wherever their path of life may take them.
Events
As a member of The Arthurian Order of Avalon, you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities. Some examples are:
· Feasts
· Dance and Music
· Fight Choreography
· Jousting/Riding
· Armor-crafting
· Performance at Medieval Faire of Norman (and other venues)
Our specialized programs, the Knights of The Arthurian Order of Avalon and the Order of the Solar, hold events which are particular to those programs. For example, the knights hold Chapter meetings, where knights and squires come together to discuss topics relevant to the institution of knighthood as a whole, and policy and/or procedure of the Knights of The Arthurian Order of Avalon. The Order of the Solar holds similar meetings.
Guidelines of Behavior
Members of The AOA, regardless of rank or station, are expected to conduct themselves with Chivalry, Courtesy and Honor at all times. · The commission of a misdemeanor may result in a review of membership by the Board of Directors, written warning, or no formal action.

· Behavior exceeding the limits of good taste or involving indecent exposure will not be permitted at official functions. Violators will be asked to leave.
